Culture is something we all hear about very often. Cultures are different, they are same and some more statements are common. But what is culture actually?
It’s the social behaviour of a person, or group or society. So, each region and place and society have their own unique culture to follow. But, when it comes to a common place like the companies, it can’t work that way! There must be a common culture of work, work ethics to be followed by all, irrespective of their background.
Corporate culture is the basis of what an employee should be at the organisation. Their behaviour guidelines and their general aspects to be followed at the office! With this, every employee is looked at the same way, and the factors to assess their behaviour become the same.
We as a sports company have our own work ethics and culture followed at our workplace. Our culture is on par with our work motto – Speed and Spirit. As a company and workplace we follow our spirit in the work we do and with all speed possible, we never lose track of either of them, to reach one.

Get driven: we are very performance oriented and we expect our employees to be clear about what they want to be! We want them to be driven by the values and work culture. Adjusting to the changing environment and roles should be swift and neat.
Vibrancy on the floor: being in the sports area, we love to be spreading the energy to all. We want our employees to be equipped with the same energy levels and vibrancy when we get on the field working to launch new products and also offline when we launch them offshore. Energy levels can be felt and they spread the positive atmosphere making the environment to work more cheerful.
